The Planning Commission oversees the zoning and land use plans approved by the BZA.
The Planning Commission meeting is the third Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday.

    • a. Docket #25-32*; Request for vacation of public alley right-of-way in the Klotz, Kersey, Trowbridge’s Addition. The application was made by the City of Lebanon Utilities, the property owners of 700 W. Chicago Street. The subject property is Zoned Residential “R4.”
    • b. Docket #25-36*; The City of Lebanon Utilities requesting Rezoning of their property located at 700 W. Chicago Street from “R4” Residential to “IN” Institutional.
    • c. Docket #25-34*; Request for vacation of public rights-of-way including a portion of County Road 325 West from State Road 32 north to Deer Creek and a portion of County Road 400 West from State Road 32 north to County Road 200 North. The petitioner is seeking to vacate these portions of right-of-way to accommodate the proposed future development of 1500 acres for a data center campus at 3602 W State Road 32. The application was made by ORLA LLC, the adjacent property owner. The subject property is Zoned LEAP.

    • e. Plan Commission Order 2025-01- Order Approving an Amending Declaratory Resolution of the Lebanon Redevelopment Commission Expanding the Consolidated Economic Development Area and Establishing an Allocation Area NewCold.
    • f. Plan Commission Order 2025-02- Order Approving an Amending Declaratory Resolution of the Lebanon Redevelopment Commission Expanding the Consolidated Economic Development Area and Establishing an Allocation Area Paddock Place.
