The City of Lebanon has been awarded a FY19 US EPA Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant in the sum of $300,000 to support the assessment and redevelopment of Brownfields impacted by hazardous substances ($200,000) and petroleum ($100,000). The City are requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering/environmental firms to conduct select Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Remedial Action Plans, and various reuse planning reports.  The anticipated evaluation timeline seeks to evaluate respondents in August 2019 and award a respondent so as to enter contract negotiations by September 9, 2019 and begin the project timeline between October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2022.
