The Lebanon Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of parks and recreational activities for the community. There are a total of seven parks that are maintained by our staff.  The Parks Department provides many programs for children and adults ranging from swim lessons and adult water aerobics to Christmas at the Cabin.

City Unveils All-Inclusive Playground

City Unveils All-Inclusive Playground

With the snip of the ceremonial scissors, the City of Lebanon Parks Department welcomed the city’s first all-inclusive playground to the public. Young people of all ages and abilities will now be able to have a fun place to play.

Loads of dirt are being delivered to the former City Landfill, and future home of Stone Eater Bike Park. City Engineer Kevin Krulik provides a September Bike Park Update.

In early August, Stone Eater Bike Park welcomed an out-of-town visitor to the park. Philip Waidner, from the National Interscholastic Cycling Association and City of Lebanon Engineer Kevin Krulik walked the site, and discussed its potential.
