The Planning Commission oversees the zoning and land use plans approved by the BZA.

The Planning Commission  meeting is the third Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday.

Docket #26-22*; Braun Property Development, LLC requesting Rezoning of 154.5-acres from “R1” Residential to Planned Unit Development for the proposed mixed-use Northgate Development to be located at 3085 N State Road 39, 3205 N State Road 39, and 235 W 375 North.

3. NEW BUSINESS (* Indicates Public Hearing)

    • a. Docket #26-31*; Shaker Square LLC requesting Rezone of a parcel of land totaling 4.69-acres from “GB” General Business to “R6” Residential for an extension of Shaker Square and the proposed use of townhomes at the estimated address of 2375 Shaker Lane.
