The Planning Commission oversees the zoning and land use plans approved by the BZA.

The Planning Commission  meeting is the third Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday.

      acres into the City of Lebanon located at the estimated addresses of 521 S 225 West and 675 S 225
      West. The requested zoning for the subject parcels is “LI” Light Industrial.
    • b. Docket #26-20*; BT Smith Family LLC requesting Voluntary Annexation of a parcel of land totaling
      53.6-acres into the City of Lebanon located at the estimated address of 1655 N 500 West. The
      requested zoning for the subject parcel is LEAP.
    • c. Docket #26-21*; Brent Smith Family Shelter Trust requesting Voluntary Annexation of a parcel of land
      totaling 80-acres into the City of Lebanon located at the estimated address of 502 S 300 West. The
      requested zoning for the subject parcel is “R1” Residential.
