Plan Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission oversees the zoning and land use plans approved by the BZA.

The Planning Commission  meeting is the third Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday.

    • a. Docket #26-11*; Strategic Capital Partners LLC requesting Primary Plat approval for Hickory Junction II. The property is located at the estimated address of 625 John Shaw Road. The Property is Zoned Hickory Junction II Planned Unit Development.
    • b. Docket #26-12*; Darrell & Melinda VanTilberg requesting Voluntary Annexation into the City of Lebanon and Zoning Recommendation for a 3.02-acre unincorporated parcel of land at the address of 3175 N. State Road 39. The requested zoning for the parcel is “R1” Residential.
    • c. Docket #26-17*; Lebanon Planning Department to present an amendment to Section 92.022 of the Lebanon City Code to update the Planning Department Fee Schedule.
