The Planning Commission oversees the zoning and land use plans approved by the BZA.
The Planning Commission meeting is the third Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday.

- a. Docket #25-5*; Eli Lilly & Company requesting Development Plan approval to construct the Lilly Medicine Foundry campus. The proposed project is located on 200 acres at the estimated address of 2051 W State Road 32 (Southwest corner of SR 32 and CR 200 W). The property is Zoned “LEAP PUD”.
