March Plan Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission oversees the zoning and land use plans approved by the BZA.
The Planning Commission meeting is the third Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday.
Any correspondence to the Commission should be directed through the Planning Department.

Docket #23-03*; Eli Lilly & Company requesting Development Plan approval for the construction of a multi-building pharmaceutical research and development and manufacturing campus. The property is located on a 602.42-acre parcel generally located to the north of County Road 375 North, to the east of I-65, and to the south of County Road 450 North. The property is Zoned “ID” General Industrial and in the Interstate Overlay District.
