City of Lebanon Redevelopment Commission Special Meeting

CITY OF LEBANON REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING 

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the City of Lebanon, Indiana Redevelopment Commission (“RDC”) meeting regularly scheduled for August 12, 2024, is hereby cancelled. A special meeting of the RDC will be held on August 5, 2024. The RDC intends to consider (1) a resolution approving the RDC to enter into a grant agreement with the Lebanon Community Development Corporation; (2) an offer sheet for the purchase of the Net-Tech Building, 124-126 N. Lebanon Street; (3) Façade Grant request for 105 N. Meridian St; and (4) claims of the RDC. The City of Lebanon Redevelopment Commission will meet as follows:
