Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

The Board of Zoning Appeals takes care of the; permitting, planning, and zoning needs of the Lebanon community. 
 
The Board of Zoning Appeals meeting first Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday. Any correspondence to the Board should be directed through the Planning Department.

    • a. Docket #24-27*; SMG Safety Management Group requesting a Development Standards Variance to allow an alternate surface for a temporary parking lot at their proposed training facility located at 2405 N US 52. The property is Zoned “LEAP” LEAP Zoning District.
      • i. UDO Section 4.7.B.2- Off Street Parking Standards- Off Street parking areas shall be durable, hard surface.
    • b. Docket #24-28*; MacAllister Rentals requesting a Development Standards Variance to allow an alternate surface for their equipment parking lot at their proposed location at 705-1055 W Cox Avenue. The property is Zoned “LI” Light Industrial.
      • i. UDO Section 6.3.F.8- Off Street Parking Standards- Off Street parking areas shall be hard, dust-proof surface.
    • c. Docket #24-29*; Tasha Marshall on behalf of Pawsitively Pet Grooming requesting a Use Variance to allow a pet grooming and dog daycare business to be located at 231 E. Ash Street. The property is Zoned “R6” Residential.
