The Board of Zoning Appeals takes care of the; permitting, planning, and zoning needs of the Lebanon community. 

 The Board of Zoning Appeals meeting first Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday. Any correspondence to the Board should be directed through the Planning Department.

• • a. Docket #26-41*; Julianne Lainez requesting Development Standards Variances to construct a building for the use of the existing trucking business on the property located at 2030 S. Indianapolis Road. The property is Zoned R1 and in the Thoroughfare Overlay District. The requested Development Standard Variances are as follows:
    • i. UDO Section 6.1.K- Landscaping- Street Trees
    • ii. UDO Section 6.1.L- Landscaping- Lots Backing up to Streets
    • iii. UDO Section 2.11.I- Thoroughfare Overlay- Architectural Standards
    • iv. UDO Section 7.19.C- Business Mixed-Use Architectural Standards
