Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

The Board of Zoning Appeals takes care of the; permitting, planning, and zoning needs of the Lebanon community. 
 
The Board of Zoning Appeals meeting first Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday. Any correspondence to the Board should be directed through the Planning Department.

a. Docket #25-33*; William Pennington requesting (3) three Development Standards Variances to rebuild an accessory structure on his property located at 3310 S. Indianapolis Road. The property is Zoned “R1” Residential. The following Variances are requested:
    • i. UDO Section 2.2- Minimum Front Yard Setback
    • ii. UDO Section 2.2- Minimum Side Yard Setback
