Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals takes care of the; permitting, planning, and zoning needs of the Lebanon community. 
 
The Board of Zoning Appeals meeting first Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday. Any correspondence to the Board should be directed through the Planning Department.

a. Docket #20-27*; Zanik Corporation requesting a Use Variance to allow an auto motor vehicle repair shop. The property is Zoned “PBC” Planned Business Commercial and in the Thoroughfare Overlay District.

b. Docket #20-30*; Pratt’s Storage LLC requesting 5 Development Standards Variances to allow construction of a new self-storage building. The property is located at 1005 S Indianapolis Road. The property is Zoned “SF” Single Family and in the Interstate Overlay District. The Development Standards Variances are as follows; I. UDO Section 7.5.C.3- Parking Standards II.
