August Plan Commission Meeting

August 21, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
The Planning Commission oversees the zoning and land use plans approved by the BZA.
The Planning Commission  meeting is the third Monday of every month, unless that day falls on a holiday; if that is the case, meetings are held the following Tuesday.
Any correspondence to the Commission should be directed through the Planning Department.

2. OLD BUSINESS (*Indicates Public Hearing)
    • a. Continued Agenda item from the July Meeting. Docket #23-48*; AAA Development requesting
      Development Plan approval for a new multi-tenant commercial/retail building. The property is located
      at 200 Sam Ralston Road. The property is zoned “PBC” Planned Business Commercial.
3. NEW BUSINESS (* Indicates Public Hearing)
    • a. Docket #23-53*; Daivs Building Group LLC requesting Rezoning to “SF-2” Single Family 2 for the  property located at 102 Birchwood Drive. The property is currently Zoned “PBC” Planned Business Commercial.
    • b. Docket #23-54*; Beazer Homes requesting PUD Preliminary Plan approval for a single-family and multi-family development known as Spring Creek. The property is approximately 137 total acres and generally located to the west of State Road 39, to the north of W. County Road 300 North, and to the east of the CSX railroad in Lebanon.
    • c. Docket#23-55*; Spectra Acquisitions, LLC requesting Rezoning to “PUD” Planned Unit Development for the property located at 605 W 300 North. The property is currently Zoned “MF” Multi Family.
