Fun door prizes and give-a-ways!
You are invited to participate in the sixth annual “Star Spangled Pedal Parade” sponsored by Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center and The City of Lebanon through the Active Living Initiative. This event is FREE for all participants. Any child up to age 15 may take part in the parade. For children that require adult supervision, parents may accompany them on the ride. NO PETS, please!
In order to be eligible, an entry form/waiver must be completed and returned via on-line registration. On-site/day of registrations will be available, but t-shirts and medals are not guaranteed.
The parade will take place on Saturday, July 3rd at approximately 1:30 pm at the Lebanon Memorial Park. All participants are encouraged to decorate their bike in patriotic colors and may participate in a free raffle for games and prizes. In addition, only pre-registered children will be awarded a free t-shirt and participation medal.
It is strongly recommended that ALL cyclist wear appropriate gear/helmets that meet Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.
Check-in will be at the Memorial Park Shelter house Nearest to the tennis courts. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to start time in order to avoid standing in line and to set up your child’s bike for judging. We hope you will plan to join us for a day of fun, celebration, and in promoting awareness of the City’s Big 4 Trail , Bicycle & Pedestrian pathway, and the great work of Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center!
