LEBANON, Ind. – The City of Lebanon is working to bring some more development around their fieldhouse.
Currently, The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse sits surrounded by empty fields but the city said that could change soon. Inside the 200,000-square-foot facility, there are dozens of courts from basketball to pickleball, even an indoor turf field.
“We’re pretty much able to house every sport that you can drum up,” said Mason Hankins, president of the fieldhouse.
In just the first year of being open, the facility has brought in thousands from all over for tournaments.
“We’ve had visitors from 47 of the 50 states, which is great,” said Hankins.
Outside the space, there’s not much other than some dirt right now.
