Lebanon, Ind., November 9, 2023– After being paused due to COVID, ground has officially been broken on a new Fairfield Inn & Suites along State Road 32, adjacent to I-65. The Marriott product will be joined by restaurant Bar Louie as new additions to Lebanon’s Gateway Marketplace development.
“Today’s groundbreaking is a perfect example of perseverance,” said Lebanon Mayor Matt Gentry. “After being stalled for a bit thanks to the pandemic, it was great to see this project kick into high gear to move where we are today. The City of Lebanon is thrilled to add, not only another wonderful hotel and restaurant to our community, but also a fantastic community partner in the Ghoman Group.”
The Ghoman Group specializes in the development experience, focusing on: hospitality, residential, and restaurant development.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites will contain 95 rooms and is expected to take about a year to construct. Lebanon’s Bar Louie location will be the third in the Indianapolis area. The others are located in Carmel and Greenwood.
