There are many different projects going on throughout the Lebanon community. The additions aren’t just tied to one specific area of town, but the growth is seemingly taking place everywhere! To help highlight areawide development, the City put together a Bird’s-Eye Video of the projects under construction. This piece focused on the following projects:

Auburn Meadows: A housing development on the Northeast side of Lebanon, offering its residents a unique small-town charm and friendly atmosphere. 7 Brew / Taco Bell: Located along North Lebanon Street/State Road 39, the 7 Brew / Taco Bell location replaces what once was the Superior Auto. The 7 Brew drive thru coffee shop and Taco Bell restaurant will both be built on the parcel, with a parking lot located between the establishments.

Cedar Ridge: The Cedar Ridge neighborhood is located on the East Side of town. Located within the Lebanon Community School District, Cedar Ridge is within walking distance of Lebanon High School. Central Elementary and Lebanon Middle School are just a short distance away. Find out more.

Former Prairie Industries Site: The site that once included the Prairie Industries manufacturing facility, will soon be home to an industrial speculative building. The site’s new occupant is not yet known. More on Prairie Industries.

The Brakeman Building: Opening in the Summer of 2023, 40 downtown residential apartments are headed to Lebanon, thanks to the Brakeman Building. The location will also include 5,00- square feet of retail space. Forza, the company constructing the Brakeman Building, chose Lebanon: “Lebanon is the new hotspot for up-and-coming retail developments and small-town mom and pop shops. Within the next two years, the Lebanon community will see more real estate developments, such as new bike parks, hiking trails, boutique shops, breweries, and dining options.” Find out more.

Speculative Building: Located on the City’s South Side, a pair of smaller footprint speculative buildings are being constructed on the outskirts of the Lebanon Business Park. These versatile spaces have no known users at this time.

Hickory Junction: Hickory Junction is a 190,000-square-foot indoor sports facility that is being built on 95 acres, located south of Interstate 65 on the east side of State Road 39. It will house eight sports courts for basketball and volleyball, plus two football-sized fields which will support soccer, lacrosse and Little League. There will be pitching and hitting tunnels and a 20,000 foot mezzanine with restaurants and retail amenities. Hickory Junction is expected to open in the Fall of 2023. Find out more.
