Bicycle Garage Indy Pledges Multi-Year Donation
Lebanon, Ind., February 18th, 2021 – Stone Eater Bike Park, Lebanon’s free to the public, progression based bike park designed for riders of all ages skills and abilities continues to add support partners. Bicycle Garage Indy / BGI Fitness will be a Silver Sponsor of the park, pledging to donate $10,000 in financial and promotional support.
“We believe the success of Stone Eater Bike Park will serve as a model and encourage other communities in Indiana and nationwide to invest in similar projects to provide increased opportunities for bicycling,” said Bicycle Garage Indy / BGI Fitness Chief Operating Officer Scott Helvie.
City of Lebanon Engineer and Stone Eater Bike Park Spokesman Kevin Krulik was a recent guest of the Bicycle Garage Indy’s Spotlight on Bicycling. During his presentation, Krulik shared the bike park’s conceptual design, and the vision for the park to be a national caliber destination and riding area.
“I just want to thank BGI for coming alongside us to help make this park a reality,” said Krulik. “We are really excited about this park, we’re really excited about this project, and we’re excited about the opportunities that this brings the region, not just Lebanon. We think this is an opportunity that will inspire more opportunities.”
Along with its financial investment in the Stone Eater Bike Park project, Bicycle Garage Indy / BGI Fitness has also pledged in-kind promotional support including: email newsletter content, Facebook posts, postcards/flyers in stores at sponsored events, event listings in BGI’s Calendar of Events, ride cards, as well as connections with others in the bike industry.
Construction on Stone Eater Bike Park is set for the Spring of 2021, with a Grand Opening set for the Fall of the same year.
