Despite COVID-19 Delay, City Holds “Spring” Clean Up

It’s a date that Lebanon residents have circled on their respective calendars months in advance – it’s the Street Department’s Spring Clean Up. Items of all shapes and sizes can be brought to the Street Department and disposed of, free of charge. This year COVID-19 forced the delay of the two-day Clean Up event.
